Itinerary
We will meet up at 5 pm in front of the historic Bolshoi Theatre. From here we start our trip into Moscow’s past where we reveal all the secrets of notable figures from Russia’s history. We will make our way through the capital’s ancient streets and into the charming medieval neighborhood of Kitay-gorod.
Here you will stroll along the three oldest avenues in Moscow. This 16th-century district is home to medieval walls and forts. While we explore Kitay-Gorod, you will hear about the life of Ivan the Terrible and how he earned his frightening nickname.
We visit Varvarka street to admire the Chambers of the Romanov Boyars, which perfectly reflects the medieval architecture of the era. Finally, we head to Saint Basil's Cathedral, where you will see the colorful medieval jewels that adorn the façade.
