I waited for one hour for the taxi, but not only that, once I got in , the driver was texting while driving, very unprofessional . The driver did not speak English and I could not communicate with her. Terrible service

El conductor llegó mas de media hora tarde, sin cartel ni ningún otro identificativo. Nos dejó en una dirección equivocada a nuestro hotel, y al decírselo nos dijo: “Yo tampoco se donde está, preguntad”, y se fue. Muy mal para el precio que tiene.

Sentimos realmente lo sucedido. Se está estudiando el caso desde el departamento de Atención al Cliente, que ofrecerá una solución lo antes posible.
